# Third-party code and references The isolated CPU physics experiment vendors the unmodified published `@dimforge/rapier3d-compat` **0.21.0** package from Dimforge under **Apache-2.0**. The extracted package licence and all original files are retained under `physics/vendor/rapier3d-compat-0.21.0/package/`; `SOURCE_RECEIPT.json` records the exact registry URL, tarball SHA-512 integrity and per-file SHA-256 hashes. Source: https://github.com/dimforge/rapier ; package metadata: https://registry.npmjs.org/@dimforge%2frapier3d-compat/0.21.0 . No upstream package files were modified and no installation hooks ran. This experiment is not included in the previously frozen 0.2 app/archive, and it does not establish vehicle fidelity or a selected production backend. The local display uses Three.js r180 under the MIT licence. `viewer/vendor/three/LICENSE.txt` contains the full notice. The core/modules were copied from the owner's existing extracted ASHVEIL reference; `OrbitControls.js` was retrieved from the official Three.js repository at the matching r180 tag: - https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/tree/r180 - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mrdoob/three.js/r180/examples/jsm/controls/OrbitControls.js The Gaussian codec/exporter and original procedural asset sources were authored for this workshop. The 0.2 desktop package reuses the existing Electron host and Doom GPU renderer under the owner's authorized integration, with origin hashes and runtime notices under `reports/gpu-integration/` and `desktop-app/`. The original installed application and Doom missions remain untouched. No proprietary Doom mission assets, extracted military game models or manufacturer CAD are part of this workshop's new asset library. Vehicle reference sources are recorded in `docs/real-assets/` and the historical `sources/REFERENCE_AND_LICENSE_REGISTER.md`. A reference link is not a licensed model or a claim of exact replica fidelity. Locally archived manufacturer PDFs and reference images under `references/vehicles/` are excluded from distributable workshop archives; retain their original source links and rights notes. Rock Face 01 by Dario Barresi / Poly Haven is included under CC0-1.0. Source: https://polyhaven.com/a/rock_face_01 ; licence: https://polyhaven.com/license . Powered by Poly Haven. Original 8K textures, glTF source, author and per-file SHA-256/download receipts are preserved under `references/environment/polyhaven-rock-face-01/`. The derived Gaussian asset samples source surface positions and photographic base color. Normal and roughness maps are retained but not applied by the baked-color runtime. No endorsement is implied. Poly Haven's site preview renders and logos are not copied into this asset library. The web launcher uses an existing local Node.js installation and browser. The portable Windows build includes its Electron runtime and corresponding notices. Authoring and smoke-test utilities may require the documented local Python or Playwright installation; the viewer's assets and libraries are local and do not need a CDN. # Beta ground source additions (2026-09-27) Forest Ground01 (`forrest_ground_01`) and Sand01 (`sand_01`) by Rob Tuytel / Poly Haven are CC0-1.0 sources. Public source pages: https://polyhaven.com/a/forrest_ground_01 and https://polyhaven.com/a/sand_01; terms: https://polyhaven.com/license. Original8192×8192 JPGs and per-source provenance/hash receipts are under references/environment/polyhaven-forrest-ground-01 and polyhaven-sand-01. The beta distributes128×128 derived RGB samples in beta/ground-colors.json. The originals are kept for authoring and need not be copied into the playable package. The beta's animated soldier geometry is original synthetic test content informed by public exterior gear references. No Blue Spirit/Sketchfab/ArtStation soldier package was acquired or redistributed. Reference listings do not establish package rights or photoreal acceptance.
