ORIGINAL SCENE AND EXTENSIONS Neon Rain's procedural Gaussian buildings, signs, street props, pedestrians, vehicles, and compact remote avatars were generated for this task with Codex. No third-party model pack, game artwork, or recording was imported. The scene manifest designates the original procedural scene assets CC0-1.0; this designation does not apply to Guassia or third-party software. The Web Audio city soundscape is original synthesized noise, tones and chimes. It contains no downloaded recordings, music or voice recordings. Local runtime changes: consistent 5m object budget, larger bounded outdoor areas, optional omission of room shells, and trusted extension callbacks. Multiplayer extension: local/LAN player presence and interpolation. See PLAY-AND-NOTES.txt for the tested scope and limitations.
